Corporate Structure
Perkins & Will Group, Ltd. owns 60% of Perkins&Will stock, and Perkins&Will Principals own the remainder. Partners include Danish architects Schmidt Hammer Lassen; retail strategy and design consultancy Portland; sustainable transportation planning consultancy Nelson\Nygaard; and luxury hospitality design firm Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR).

Years active

We are an interdisciplinary, research-based design firm and our core competencies include interior design, branded environments, workplace strategy, change management, architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture. Average project load
There is a strong overlay between all team members, and everyone will be involved throughout the duration while managing other project and client commitments. Each team member may focus 100% of their time during any given week on this project. The percentage of time will fluctuate and is driven by the interim deadlines within each project phase and overall project schedule.
